1999 s70 T5 Oil shooting from dipstick - PCV just done S70

I just had the PCV system done along with a bunch of other stuff on my s70 t5 (head, valve job, water pump, tbelt, all gaskets, bla bla bla). For some reason after running it decently hard (just starting doing this because I wanted 500 miles on the fresh head) on the highway, I pop my hood and the oil dipstick is up and I can tell oil is shooting out of the top.

There is vacuum when the car is at idle, so I know it is NOT the pcv, but oil should not be shooting out. I read a few articles, about the O rings on the dipstick.

Can someone who has some experience please elaborate on this.
