Evaporative control system leak V70-XC70

About once a month , my T-5 FWD V-70 sends up an error code (PO455 ) that according the little booklet that came with the reader, means Gross leak detected in evaporative control system. The cost of letting a gallon of gas evaporate every year is less than the $80 an hour the local mercedes/volvo guy gets (a nice professional wage but his shoulder joint will soon be artificial due to overhead used every day for thirty years ) but I wouldn't mind fixing this. I've looked everywhere and I can't find a hose I am sure belongs to that system. Is this worth the trouble?
