Do a search for bread clip. There is an easy way to shim the clutch that you can do yourself. It requires 3 plastic bread clips used to close the loves of bread you buy at the store and some glue.

The clutch plate wears out after a lot of use. The old method was to remove the clutch, take a washer off the back side and move it to the front side so the clutch is once again closer to the compressor. That was a lot of work, removing the serpentine belt and prying off the clutch with a home made tool.

The bread clips will last a few years.
