Multiple codes S80 2002

'02 normally aspirated 2.9 -

P0050 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 misfire detected
P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire detected
P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire detected

Can the O2 sensor cause the 300 series codes?

Does this vehicle use 1 or 2 forward O2 sensors (left and right)? If 2, which does the 0050 indicate?
