S70 Turbo 1999 What to look for S70

Hi all--
There's tons of great info on this site! Love it. Been missing Volvo since I had to get rid of my 1994 940.
Looking at a 1999 S70 AWD Turbo tomorrow with 120K miles. Timing belt done at 104K, just had tune up and new oxygen sensor, new routers (?), fluids flushed, passed inspection back in January. Asking $2,000

My questions are...anything that I should be looking for when I go see it? There is a big tear in the driver's seat...can the seat be easily swapped? Or should I just get a seat cover. Also, I'm a little worried about having a turbo...I know theres a lot more plumbing for the turbo...any issues/when do the issues usually arise?

Thanks in advance!
~Elias
