Highest mileage for ORIGINAL ETM

My 2001 V70 T5 has the dreaded high failure rate ETM. I currently have 133k miles and runs perfectly, but wonder how many miles i can expect before I have to replace it, or should I just do it as preventive maintenance? What member currently has the highest mileage ORIGINAL ETM?
