I had a similar situation on my 1999 C70. The bulb out indicator came on sporadically. The offending bulb was one of the right rear running lights. It was difficult to locate because there are 2 lights back there. When I removed/replaced the bulb, tapped the lense, hit a bump etc. the dash light would go on & off. When you locate the offending bulb you will probably find that the whole socket assembly has to be replaced. I had to really push the dealer into this fix because they just go in there and clean the terminal and send you on your way and it just keeps happening.
