Recurring fault code 850 1994

Okay guys, I have a recurring fault code of 154 from socket A6. My references say this indicates a leak in the EGR system. My question is, how do I get rid of it? Is this an O2 sensor or PCV valve problem? I would really like to tackle this myself when I go to do the brakes next weekend. Any suggestions?

On a similar note, I checked out the instructions on Bay 13 for replacing pads and rotors. Is there anything else I should know about before tackling this? I've done this on other cars but not the 850. Also, where should I get the pads and rotors? I recollect reading here that the only way to go is OEM and was curious who the best outlet was.

Thanks,

Mark
