Rear tether mounting bolts for V70? V70-XC70 1998

I want to turn my son's child seat around and tether it rearward (happy 1st birthday to him!). I heard Volvo sells a "kit" for around $35. Is this just a bolt and the metal place for the tether to hook to? If so, I have the metal loop already from the car seat, so all I need is the bolt.

Anyone know what size bolt is needed to screw into the back of the seats? I figure I can go to the local hardware store and get a bolt for a little less than $35, no?
