85o R wagon child seat and owners man. 850 1996

I just bought a '96 850R wagon and was dismayed to find that there is no fold-down child seat in the middle of the back seat. My '95 850 turbo wagon had one, and my youngest loved it. Am I missing something? Am I being particularly stupid today (not unheard of)? One other question, please... The 850R came with a slick looking leather covered folder that says 850R (not surprising) on the front, but there was nothing in the folder. I got the regular owners manual, but what was supposed to come in the leather folder? Thanks in advance. JK
