Dealer today diagnoesd failure of rear wiper..and washer, and reduction of front wipers to one speed, plus no more audio controls from steering wheel center pad, and no more cruise control, as needing replacement of LEVER HUB AND CLOCKSPRING.

Parts must be ordered from New Jersey or Atlanta!

Is replacement of both typical? What kind of life to expect from these?

It's a 2005 V70, 130000KM
