Brake Hum 850 97 T5

I've been experiencing an intermittent brake hum. It seems to be coming from the passengers side, but I could be wrong. It seems to happen when braking from 30 or 40 mph. I thought it might be a rotor/pad problem, but the other day it happened, and continued doing so even after I'd come to a complete stop. As soon as I let off the brake pedal, it goes away. Like I said, it doesn't happen all the time, but it is rather annoying. Anyone have any input? My pads are about half worn, and my rotors mic'd out within tolerances. Any help much appreciated.
