Intercooler Pipe S70

I have a 98 S70 T5 and saw this intercooler pipe at eeuroparts.com tonight:

Is this the pipe that goes over the top of the engine. I see IPD sells a kit, but it cost an arm and a leg and I've seen a DIY version on matthewsvolvosite, but at $68 and an original volvo part seems like you can't go wrong. Any suggestions? Just want to make sure I'm buying the right part before I pull the trigger.
