1998 V70 rear brake BANG V70-XC70

I hope someone has an idea what is causing this, so here goes.

While driving, if I pull up on the hand brake I get a loud bang only once out of the right rear brake. This happens every time I do this.

Recently I replaced all rotors, pads, brake shoes, brake hardware, shocks and struts. (front & back).

While the car was up in the air and the rear calipers were off of the new rotors after just adjusting the parking brake I released the parking brake and turned the rotor. BANG. There was the sound. The rotors turns freely, then the BANG, then the rotor continues to rotate I think.

So with that being said, and no I did not tear the rotor back off as I was pressed for time to investigate further, what do you all think about this?

Can't imagine I can recreate this noise with the rotor off.

Thanks and I look forward to your responses.

Matt
