Radiator Fan Stuck ON S60

The most common cause is failure of the fan controler. It is attached to thge fan shroud nand not serviced seperately by Volvo. There was a recall on cooling fans for 01-02 S60 V70 Xc70 and 99-02 S60. Call a dealer and ask them to run your VIN for recalls. Might just get it fixed for free!
