Factory Lowered Suspension - Konis 850 94

The shocks on my wife's 94 850 GTAS are shot, and I was hoping to install a set of Koni-sport shocks (they're only slightly more expensive than the OEM Boge shocks and they're supposed to be less harsh than the Bilsteins), but I'm concerned by the warning listed on the Tire-Rack website that states the following for Konis on the 850.

"Models with factory lowered suspension will raise approx. 20mm."

I'm pretty certain my wife's car isn't considered "factory lowered", but the Tire-rack rep I spoke with couldn't confirm it, either. Does anyone know what factory lowered means and which cars this applies to?

Thanks
