Should I give the C70 Another Try? C70 1999

After over 47 days in the shop since I purchased my 1999 C70 on 6/12/99 I have been offered a replacement by Volvo. If anyone is interested in the problems I will post them, however, here is my question. In spite of the beauty, performance & exclusivity of the car would you buy the C70 again.

I ask this question because in spite of all the problems, I still have an attraction and fondess for this car, and that is the unfortunate part. I think we Volvo owners tend to be a little more cultish then most and are reluctant to admit that the car is not as good as we may think. Some people consider talking poorly of the Volvo analagous to criticizing their children. I really am curious as to whether my car was just an anomoly or the norm, So here are the questions

1)given the opportunity, would you bail or would you try another C70?

2)Would you instead try another model (S60 & S80)?

3)How many days has your car been in the shop since you purchased it?

4)What was the most serious or recurring problem you have or had?

Thanks for your help, I have to make a decision soon
