FCPGroton Defective PS pump experience S60 2001

I had a lot of PS fluid leaking from what seemed to be the boot of the R&P steering gear on the S60. I ordered a rack and pinion and took it to a friend to install. He called me in a couple days and identified the culprit as the PS pump, leaking over the boot of the R&P/tie rod. So I got in touch with FCPGroton and got a return authorization. Since it was my mistake I got to pay the return shipping, and I had the replacement pump in a few days. Installed it and found the pulley ran out over 1/8", so I got in touch with them again. They sent me a replacement forthwith, free and also sent me a shipping label for return of the defective unit. Although there was some delay, I got NO flak from them and rapid turnaround service. I'm happy with them.
