S90 1998

Loss of power or torque and then a sudden surge. from a dead stop at around 5-8 mph losing power, rpm drops for 1-2 seconds jerks then a sudden surge rpm goes up picks up speed and moves on like nothing happened.

Car drives fine beyond this speed, no problem on highways, very smooth otherwise. Starts fine cold or hot.

AMM, FPR, plugs, fuel filter all are good as i think by testing according to FAQ.
