Sorry for the long delay in replying. I guess this indicates I have not had any trouble with mine. (Good news) My oil filer is accessed from the top on the 3.2L engine. It is a 36MM hex. My T6 was accessed from the bottom and took a special butt wrench to remove it. I got mine from a Snapon dealer. They are probably more available now.

As for the green LED, I had never noticed it until I read your post. Yes mine does have it. I have no idea what it is for.
