Gear Shift Console Light Replacement 850 1997

Would anyone know how to remove the console on my 97-850 so I can get to and replace the small light that illuminates both the gear shift panel and seat heating button? It appears to the light on the driver's side of the console. This will be the second time it needs to be replaced. The first time I convinced the dealership to do it - I won't have such luck this time.
