Goodbye Old Friend 850 1995

Amidst the destruction of Sandy she has taken our beloved 1995 855T. A minor sacrifice in the grand scheme of the widespread destruction but many family memories were created with this car. Ironically, I was 68 miles short of 200K.

All told this was the best vehicle that I have ever owned with a low cost of ownership thanks to all of the people here on the Brickboard. Thank you for the years of tips and advise that kept the car performing like new (except for the standard squeeks and rattles) after 17 years.

I can't see myself purchasing another Volvo at this time as I don't have the heart to "debug" an older model and I don't particularly care for the newer models.
