the reading I usually get for amp draw on the 850s is .17 to .27 so .30 is a little high, but not bad. Try pulling fuses with the amp meter hooked up and see if you can get it to drop any further, if you can't, then I'd have the alternator checked to ensure it will put out 100amps when loaded and then that leaves the battery, have it checked.
