How much you would pay? The seller doesn't know much about this car, he inherited from one of his family member. I don't much about it either. Thank you as always.

NY state
80k miles
family owned
clean except front and rear bumper looks ok.
no rust

Things to fix.
ABS module
Rear shocks w/ bump stopper
Heater core
Drive belt tensioner/harmonic balancer (constant belt noise)
mediocre AC performance
