Hi All,
I just bought a 2003 V70 for my daughter.
Great condition and service history but seller told me about an intermittent tranny problem so was worked the cost of likely future repairs into the selling price.ie the fitting of a second hand box.

I know the lousy reputation of transmissions in the 2000-2004 range so anticipated fitting a replacement box in the near future.

Reading other forum posts around the issue...clunk changing up from and back into first, maybe even associated with dropping back to neutral when coming to a stop..there were some posts about possible download fix?

Greatly appreciate any advice.
