WHIP and rear set folded up S40-V40 2000

Hi. First message to this forum-

I just bought a v40 (2000 model) and love it. I check on it every 10 minutes in the Garage to make sure its ok.

Was wondering is WHIP system affected when I fold up rear seat against drivers/passengers (to flatten the seats in the back)?
