slammed on brakes and the shift arrow light came on 850 1996

The other evening an idiot decided to pull out in front of me. Anyway I slammed on my brakes, no ABS as it was dry, but the arrow light (the one that tells you to shift up) came on. Naturally after I turned the car off and then started up later it was off. Any concerns??
