I empty mine throught the bottom nut, about 7/8. It gets about 2.9L out. Then fill that into 2L milk bottles so I know the amount tat comes out. I refill that 2.9L.
I drive a few days then do it again. I have towed several tonnes and need good trans and I believe it does the trick to get new liquid in over time revitalising the trans fluid.
I heard total flush is bad anyway.
