Re: 60k and 70k services. what are they?

You should buy the Volvo Haynes manual. You will probaby need to order it. You could also find the instructions on Bay13 , I have never gone to bay13 but it is some how associated with this forumn. You need to make a tool to remove the serpentine belt. I used a flat 1" wood drill bit and cut the shaft off. The tensioner on the timming belt needs to be retracted and it is just slightly larger than your typical 6" vise. I managed to use my 6" vise but had to put the tensioner under the vise jaws.
