timing belt 850

My early 94 5 speed has 190,000 on it and last time the timing belt was changed was in 2003 at 136,000 miles. I have been searching for the part to purchase and it seems like in 1994 Volvo changed parts midstream. Here some numbers from my vehicle:

VIN: YV1LS5505R2120112

The 3 numbers on the sticker in front of the engine are:

1289938

190590

B5254S

The letters in front of each are worn off so I'm not sure which each indicates. Does anyone know which belt I should purchase and should I go ahead and just get a kit since I have almost 200,000 on it. I purchased the cam locking tool from IPD today along with the DVD. I recently did the PCV on mine so I am slightly above average mechanic. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
