Can't get headrests out, HELP! 850 1995

I purchased a new set of headrests on EBAY. The problem is, I pushed in the release buttons on the back of the seat. Passenger side came out no problem, drivers side won't budge. Now, after noticeing some marks on the new one I put in on the passenger side, I can't get it out! HELP!!!!! Anyone know any secrets on getting the headrests out in addition to pushing the release buttons. It is extremely frustrating!!!
