That is dealer programmable. Be thankful you do not have it, at least I hate them. It is satisfying enough to hear the 'clunk' of the door locks and the blink of the corner lights.

To test your alarm; roll down the driver window, close the door, lock it, then reach in through the window and either pop the hood or open the door and see what happens!
