850 automatic no reverse 850

I suspect it is true that the transmission is on it's last legs, but I found that ours is very sensitive to the amount of fluid.
Be sure to check it when hot and that the level is up to the full mark on the "hot" side of the dipstick.
Ours was down only a pint of ATF and shifts into D & R were delayed.
But with 350K, it wouldn't surprise me that yours is a goner.
