Fixed - Engine Surging when driving at 60+ mph V70-XC70 99

Yes, the dealer was able to pull the codes that resulted from the ETS light coming on. The codes were 903C and 91A7. And they just downloaded some new softwear (PN 8633202 @ $9.75) and the problem was fixed.
