No start around St. Cloud 850 1997

It snowed last night and I have dinner guests tonight, from St. Cloud, so I cannot drive up for a look see.

I still suspect that engine management is pouring fuel into the cylinders. The extra cold temps from the ECT sensor, coupled with the O2 sensor and a possible vacuum leak/plugged PTC nipple, will really make for an over-rich condition.

Your plugs are old (?) but a simple wire brush cleaning might help things. If you do get it started, drive around in 1st or 2nd over 2000rpm with the engine getting nice and hot to burn off any other carbon buildup.

The intercooler plumbing freezing up is rare, especially in our low humidity climate. You should have noticed one of the intake tubes collapsing if that was the case, and that section should be replaced - junk yard is OK for that. The turbo not working is usually the result of one of the vacuum lines at the boost controller not working properly or the BCS solenoid itself having problems.
