It finally happened!!! V70-XC70 1998

I had a 1988 Chevy SW rustbucket make a lefthand turn directly in front of me and I was unable to avoid hitting this guy. My right front fender, hood, and bumper were were damaged (they did their job) and now I'm faced with replacing these parts. My question is this: can I substitute a V70 R awd front bumper in the replacment my V70 awd damaged bumper? Will the grill inserts around my front fog lights fit the "R" bumper or will new inserts have to be ordered? Thanks. Rick

ps. The other guy's insurance said that since we were both "responsible" for the collision, they couldn't pay out a 100% on my claim ($3500.00)...even though the police report says that this guy is completely at fault. Is this a common claim from the insurance companies? My insurance people said that they will pursue the matter.
