New owner of V70 V70-XC70

Me too. I just picked up a 2000 v-70 wagon form an auction for a decent price. The car has 160K, nonturbo w/bad head gasket, ABS light on . The car appears to be a theft recovery vehicle as the drivers side door lock is punched out. What is the most practicle way of dealing with this matter? Can a junkyard handle/lock with key be reconfigured/recut to match the existing ignition key? What is the most common cause of ABS failures? Are new head bolts an absolute nessecity for the head gasket repair?
