850 engine/tranny swap 850

My '94 non-turbo auto tranny has failed and the engine is also in poor shape. I found a replacement engine/tranny with was removed from a donor car by a mechanic and still on the subframe. I am an experienced DIYer, worked on my 850 for 16 yrs - front end, timing belts, brakes, a/c, cooling, pulled intake/exhasut manifolds, etc. How difficult is it to swap out these units?

I am thinking I disconnect everything as in haynes manual, then jack the car way up and pull the whole subframe with the engine & tranny still mounted to it, then roll the new one under it. Would have to invest in a couple of good hydraulic jacks.

Is this reasonable to do in a home garage? Can it be done in two days?
