Towing rating of an '09 S80? S80

Group:
I'm looking to replace my '98 S90 with a late model S80, 3.2.
Found an '09 with 36K miles, all service records, clean Carfax for $20K.
Is this a good value?
Also need to know the towing ratings and could not find them in the book.
Who knows what the ratings are?
Old S90 was 1100 lbs without trailer brakes and 3200 lb with brakes.
Need the car for towing now and then.
