Power seat stuck tilted backwards 850 1993

My power seat has been tilted backwards and now will not totally come back upright. The outer side will tilt back up (somewhat) and the inner side will not move. Other than looking ridiculous it is very hard to drive.

Volvo dealer straightened it out awhile ago and said not to move it again... (until my son sits in the sit). Where is informatio available on how to fix it..or remove the seat...
