Control Arm replacement - how many miles? 850 1995

There is no mortality time table for bushings. When they wear out, they wear out. No, bushings cannot be replaced on the Volvo.

I agree with BB, find a reputable local shop to get the alignment checked. They will typically find problems before doing an alignment, then you do the repairs and take it back for the alignment.

Tire wear without the car pulling to one side or the other usually is a result of bad spring seats. Steering rod bushings can be checked with a pry bar.
