Rick there is an institution similar to the BBB, but for insurance companies and they produce a lot better results. They helped me out in 88 when my insurance company sent me a check for way less than the value of the car. They told me not to speak to the insurance company again and to wait for there call. Weeks later ... mo money. Give them a call and have them add some heat to the fire.
