Xenon Light Not Operable V70-XC70

My 2004 V70R with Bi-Xenon Headlights has one light out. I switched bulbs and the bulb from the non-operable headlight works on the other side. Anyone ever have issues with the Xenon bulb igniter/starter? Where is it located? On the uncerside of the headlight assy.? Any idea where I may find one? As always, thanks for any assistance from all respondents...
