clutches and bumps 850 96

My 850 seems to be showing its age. On acceleration in 1st and sometimes 2nd gear, I get a clunk. By my reading, it's probably an inner CV joint. What's the best way to check that? Two other thoughts - is there a clutch inspecition plate, because maybe the clutch is shot. 2nd thought, on starting the engine I also can feel a clunk - what are the most common engine mounts to fail, besides the upper torque bushing? Thanks for any help, Kevin
