Limp Home Mode 850

Well the '95 850 may have finally gone the way of the 740?? All the gauges are lit but none of them move. The clock display is OK but no temp or mileage data. The check engine light is on and the tranny arrow is flashing. Other than that is starts fine and idles as usual. It seems to shift OK other than it probably is shifting into first a thousand rpm higher than normal on the first shift after startup but then settles down to the normal shift points. Haven't read any codes yet but it could be interesting??? Will do it this afternoon after getting back home from work.
