Evap presure sensor location V70-XC70 2004

While replacing the radiator and removing various parts I messed up an, unknown to me, sensor mounted on the air cleaner box. Has an electrical connection on top, 3 hose connections, one on bottom and one on each side. One goes to the intake manifold. Will try to repair it, but plastic is ??? These are expensive jewels. It has a spring inside that activates a switch on the top.
