Re: Why you shouldn't remove the MAF screen ALL

I'd also say to leave that screen alone as it does no harm. Removing it can't possibly add HP and without it, you increase the odds of the MAF sensors very delicate filaments being damaged by a piece of dirt if anything went past the air filter. I wouldn't take that risk with my car.
