Blower Motor getting weak S70 1998

Brick Fans,
My 1998 S70 blower motor is finally crapping out, it would appear. When set at any speed (I have the slider bar speed control), the motor slows down, speeds up, slows down, even stops completely sometimes. When I smack the dashboard with my hand, this will generally get it started again, at least for a little while.
I've read over the AWD posts for "Blower Motor" ... appears my motor brushes are worn out. I want the motor with cage unit, as I'm not interested in attempting to repair the brushes. Looks like FCP has it.

What I need is a detailed procedure for this repair (photos coveted). One of the posts here referenced a Bay 13 article for 850 dash repair, but I can't seem to find this. Thanks for any guidance.
