Fix for a dented plastic bumper? 850 1994

That's good advice about the hair-drier. My heat gun has a very low setting, so I might try that first. The rivets along the wheel wheels are popped on the passenger side, so it's mainly torx screws and the driver's side I need to release to get the skin off.

this article at VolvoSpeed is a pretty good pictoral guide for removal. I also located a dealer PDF file over at MVS.

Any idea what size rivet is needed to secure the bumper cover? I'd like to go with something besides rivets so that the bumper can be removed w/o destruction of the fasteners.

I'm not doing anything now. It started to sleet, so I'm on to other tasks. I've just soldered up the wires for my fender repeaters
