Fix for a dented plastic bumper? 850 1994

We don't have Pep Boys here in STL, but I grabbed some 1/4" plastic rivets similar to what I think you're describing from Autozone. They fit the holes so I should be set when I'm ready to re-assemble the bumper. The original rivets are about 5mm

I removed the front bumper today. Looks like the incident that gave it that dent also did a little damage to the aluminum bumper core. Nothing serious, but I can see where it took the hit.

I can probably pop out the damage in the grey plastic, but I might be better off hitting a junkyard.
